Therapy that helps you heal, grow, and bloom into who you want to be
Help for individuals who are struggling with everyday challenges, stressors, anxiety, trauma, and so much more.

Welcome!
Hi guys! My name is Winter Jutz Kassinger! I hope to be your new therapist and I cannot wait to meet you! I graduated from the University of Louisville with my Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and about a year later I went back to receive my Masters in Social Work, with a School Social Work specialization. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified School Social Worker. Working with kiddos, teens, and young adults is my passion and I love seeing you learn and grow from the work we are doing. Building the necessary skills to learn how to cope is super important as well as learning how to regulate your emotions at all ages. I am ready to show you what each of these are and how to use them in your everyday life, no matter the situation. Mindfulness techniques are my favorite, but I use many modalities in my work. While you grow, I will grow with you, always putting you first. I want you to feel comfortable coming to me whenever you need and I will always have an ear to listen. But, on a less serious note, I love Harry Potter, playing with my mini schnauzer, and spending time with friends and family. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with you. Oh, and you are amazing, always remember that!
I will be available via telehealth by scheduled appointments. Please reach out if you need anything from me. I will work with you in whatever way that you may need. You can reach me at winter.kassinger@bloomandhealtherapies.com or (502)343-4961.
